Does anybody know the rate that SH would be to weak to use? I had some SH (12.5 %) that was about a year old sealed in a 15 gallons container. I had a roof to do with light to medium black streaks. I mixed 2 to 1 and had a hard time removing the stains on the roof. I used it full strength and it seemed to work better....
