Power Washing and Roof Cleaning Forum

Is it just me or does the Blog Style Theme in the Promo Posts seem funky? Should it be normal like all the other areas? My thoughts are it seems jumbled.

Check this out guys! My Delavan 5850 is 2 years old and amazingly still kicking after quite a few soft wash roof cleanings and house washes. I push 5 gallans of soapy water than 5 gallons of fresh water after every use. Although it's starting to act up when I'm on the peak of a roof, I'm still amazed it's st...

The new Eclean mag is about Gutter Cleaning and I share a few tips! Here is the link: http://www.ecleanmag.com/ Mag # 18. I'm on page 16 and 17.

Sending this post live from a jobsite this Sunday morning. Capital City Bank group is a regional banking powerhouse in our area. I was just searching one of Hanks Promo post and it showed up 1 1/2 pages in on Google. Our posts are starting to show. We are on our way to the top. I searched Non-Pressure Roof Cleaning Specialists Serving Pennsylvania & New Jersey

This home's exterior was covered in mold and mildew. It was all cleaned with soft washing. It is amazing to see the contaminants melt right off the siding. Then, with a final rinse with our booster pump, the siding is left completely free of all the mold and mildew. I don't know if washing siding with sof...

This was a carport we pressure cleaned and also soft washed the ceiling and exterior. (part of an entire house wash package). Carport Pressure Cleaning

The owner of this home in Lancaster, PA recently contracted Roof Cleaning by A&E to clean the asphalt shingled roof of their home prior to putting the home up for sale. By using a soft wash roof cleaning method we were able to successfully remove the ugly stains and add instant curb appeal at a frac...

What no incriminating photos from the South Jersey event yet? Hank

Heres a few shots of a exterior house wash we did in Havana, Florida (outside of Tallahassee) last Friday. LOTS of windows and we left no streaks which was this customers biggest concern. -- Edited by Ray Wilkinson on Saturday 5th of October 2013 10:38:55 PM

About five or six years ago you would have about five to ten jobs a year where the H/O was forced to clean their roofs or get dropped in thirty days by thier Ins. company, up here in the N/E anyway This year I am probably around thirty H/O who had no choice but to clean the roof. Let's face it, you can't blam...

Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning does a LOT of municipal work, like these Tennis Courts for the City of Tallahassee. These are asphalt, coated with a texture paint. All were softwashed at 15% with Greenwash. You can see on the "before" pictures where they were pressure washed last time......

She said it does seem you got hit hard. Go ahead and make your new payment. It will take TWO WEEKS to get an answer as to why it increas...

I was fortunate once again to have lunch with the big man himself today. I met him at his usual Social Club, it was the same old thing. Eneter, get frisked, lift shirt up {some screams of disgust } and spin around and then escorted to the rear table in the back corner. He looked like his old self and my meal w...

Watch for the ground bees this time of years guys. I set my ladder up today, and didn't even notice them, but when I came back down they attacked. Got stung five times before I could get out of there.

Kleen Roof & Exterior was contacted to clean the roof on this home in Grand Haven, MI. Although this roof was covered in moss and lichen, we were abl...

Spray Wash just finished this monstrosity, the Claude Pepper Building. Its located on a whole city block, so its a big one. Technically its 13 stories from lower parking deck to penthouse equipment area. Project too 20 days to clean, and during that time, we never cranked up a pressure washer! Everyt...

This was an interesting job. Roof material is an imported English slate. Very fragile and delicate, as you can see by the broken tiles on the roof ( previous damage, not from us). Each tile is affixed by only two copper nails, so tiles have a tendency to shift around underfoot, plus they are naturally sl...

Last Thursday, I was cruising I-10 on my way to a job and my trailer was fish tailing all over the highway. I have two 65 Gal. soft wash tanks that sit over the axles that just had 15 gal. of SH in each and all the other equipment was pretty balanced from front to back. I hadn't greased the bearings in quite s...
