Power Washing and Roof Cleaning Forum

This is actually my hood cleaning van, which has a hot water pressure washer mounted inside of it. Didn't really want to confuse the situation by changing the name and logo to "spray wash hood cleaning", so kept This wrap in the same family as my other Trucks. As in case of most of my vehicle...

I am looking for some assistance with getting my mix right. I am using 10% SH and adding a masking agent which is lemon scented. I am also using a Ammonyx Lo as a base surfactant but feel the mix is still too liquid as I am seeing a lot of run off when applying to roofs. Ideally I would like it to be a bit thicker...

Someone, Somewhere, and I think it was here, and I think it was Hank, posted about a ratcheting tie town that they use. I think the tie down is actually used for a boat. Trying to find that post if anyone can help. I would like to purchase the tie down.

I like saddle tanks...never really liked the square type. However, one problem with the saddle tanks is the fact that there is always an unusable volume of liquid because of the design. This isn't a problem when its a flow tank but I just bought a 65 gal that I was planning on using for a mix tank and was th...

I don't know if we've broken a record but here is the smallest roof we have cleaned.

WHEN THEY ARE STANDING ON THE ROOF WITH A PRESSURE WASHER! Im not sure why I get these calls, maybe they see I am young so they think th...

when posting a blog or promo post. Ive noticed that the pictures dont show up on the post in the order that i selected them for upload. Sometimes it jumbles them up putting "afters" in front of "before" . is it something im doing wrong or is it a glitch in the system?

Next weekend is our first home show of the season. This show was great last year and we generated a lot of business by doing it. We are trying to think of some ideas of how to draw in more people to our booth, maybe give away a purse or iPad? if you have any suggestions, throw them out there! Thanks

Have you ever heard the term "clean places rent spaces?". No where is that more true than in the luxury apartment and high end commercial fields. When Tallahassee property and facility mangers want their properties looking their best, they cal...

Here is another Cedar roof cleaning that we performed last week in Ocean Pines Maryland. This roof was salvaged for the most part with a cleaning, and then a few shakes did have to be replaced once we were finished. The moss and algae was very thick in parts of the roof and had eaten away 3 shingles! In Ocea...

The weather today is not good for the roof jobs we have lined up so we are doing a few gutter cleanouts in the Grand Rapids, MI area and a TREX deck cleaning in the East Grand Rapids, MI area to fill up the day. Like having these types of jobs in reserve for the days in early spring that will not allow us to clean...

Finally and drum caddy that is affordable.

Anyone using Thompson pumps for bulk transfer, and if so, can you speak to longevity? The prices are crazy, but 30+GPM is hard to pass up. Insight anyone? Otherwise this may turn in to a $1600 experiment......
